I should have had this conversation with you a long time ago…

In this episode, I am getting vulnerable and sharing with you a shift that has been happening in my business and in my personal life.

This has to do with my very limited perspective and experience of the world and the lack of impact I have been able to make because of it on my family, business, and others that I work with.

As a result, I want to do the work to take responsibility for the process, to understand that my experience is very different from a lot of other people’s experiences, and most importantly, learn as much as I can from others even when it is uncomfortable for me.

Being vulnerable is not something that is easy for me, but that is no excuse as to why I haven’t talked about this.

The truth is, I’ve had a lot of different, difficult conversations that have made it really clear that I was not showing up the way that I needed to. I believe that when we know better, we do better, and it’s time for me to do better.

I certainly do not have all the answers, but I’m glad to be sharing with you where I have failed, where I want to improve, the direction that I want to go, and how I’m working towards that.
